In 2009, IndependenceFirst was pleased to be awarded a Silver Well Workplace Award, an award given to companies whose wellness programs meet specific criteria for excellence as determined by the Wellness Councils of America (WELCOA). Our goal for 2010 is to maintain our standard of excellence while continuing to improve our wellness offerings to our employees!
